The remainder of the sanitary sewer services will be done in the next couple working days. Storm sewer work will begin on the north end once the sanitary is complete. The pavement on Polo will be removed next week, and then the grading of the road will begin. The new road will consist of 4” of a stone subbase, topped with 8.5” of asphalt.

The pavement has been removed from Glenview to Polo, with the remainder pavement to Central to be completely removed by early next week. Polo Road is scheduled to be removed next week. Sanitary work continues in the north block.

Pavement Removal Continuing

Pavement removal will continue south of Polo to Central starting tomorrow (Thursday). Please do not park on the street between 7 AM and 5 PM.

The water main work is complete! The final connection to the existing main on Glenview Road was made on Tuesday. Every house is now connected to the new 8” water main. Pavement removal began on Thursday and will continue between Polo and Glenview, including the intersection of Polo. Storm and Sanitary work will begin on today and continue into next week.

Pavement Removal Next Thursday & Friday

The contractor plans to remove the pavement on Polo Lane and Windsor from Polo north to Glenview starting next Thursday (June 10). Once the pavement removal is completed, sanitary sewer spot repair and storm sewer installation will commence after the pavement is removed. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD FROM 7 AM TO 5 PM DURING THE PAVEMENT REMOVAL PROCESS.

Water service installation will be completed either today or Monday, depending on the weather. The water main will be shut down next Tuesday for the final connection to make the main a full loop.
